Franklin Templeton AMC announces change in name of Ultimate Parent company
Franklin Templeton Asset Management (India) (AMC) has announced addendum to the Statement of Additional Information of Franklin Templeton Mutual Fund.
Franklin Templeton Mutual Fund has informed that the name of Franklin Resources, Inc., the ultimate parent company of Franklin Templeton group has been changed to ‘Franklin Templeton, Inc.’ with effect from August 17, 2026.
All the other terms and conditions of the Statement of Additional Information, Scheme Information Document & Key Information Memorandum of the respective Schemes, read with the addenda issued from time to time shall remain unchanged.
Accordingly, all references to ‘Franklin Resources, Inc.’ appearing in the SAI and all other relevant documents shall be read as references to ‘Franklin Templeton, Inc.’ from the effective date.
This addendum forms an integral part of the Statement of Additional Information, Scheme Information Document & Key Information Memorandum of the respective Schemes, read with the addenda issued from time to time.
