FlexiLoans Strengthens Leadership with Two New Appointments
FlexiLoans, India’s leading digital lending platform for MSMEs, has announced the appointments of Hemant Saklecha as Chief Credit & Risk Officer (CCRO) and Pavan Matai as the Head of its Supply Chain Finance vertical to drive growth and innovation.
Hemant will lead the company's risk, policy, and credit initiatives to enhance FlexiLoans’ underwriting and risk management frameworks. With over 20 years of experience, he has held key roles at Hero FinCorp, IDFC FIRST Bank and DBS Bank, contributing significantly to credit policy, fraud control, and overall retail lending risk. Hemant is a Chartered Accountant and a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), and his expertise in financial forensics and risk management will strengthen FlexiLoans’ efforts to deliver secure financial solutions to its customers.
Pavan will focus on scaling the Supply Chain Finance business, bringing over two decades of experience in Supply Chain Finance, trade, and fintech. He has successfully led and transformed SCF businesses at banks such as HSBC, Standard Chartered Bank, RBL Bank and NBFC’s like L&T Finance. Over time he has evolved himself in the fintech space by creating embedded finance solutions for B2B ecommerce platforms such as Infra.Market and JSW One Platforms Ltd.
