FIIs stood as net sellers in equities as per October 29 data: NSDL
The FIIs as per Tuesday's data were net sellers in both equity and debt segments, according to data released by the NSDL.
In equity segment, the gross buying was of Rs 14100.27 crore against gross selling of Rs 16209.47 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 2109.20 crore in equities.
In the debt segment, the gross purchase was of Rs 1270.52 crore with gross sales of Rs 2774.19 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 1503.67 crore in debt.
Of the total debt, FIIs stood as net sellers in Debt-General Limit segment at Rs 145.06 crore, they stood at net buyers in Debt-VRR segment at Rs 74.42 crore, while net sellers in Debt-FAR segment at Rs 1433.03 crore.
In the hybrid segment, the gross buying was of Rs 31.17 crore against gross selling of Rs 16.47 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 14.70 crore in hybrid segment.
