FIIs stood as net sellers in equities as per November 04 data: NSDL
The FIIs as per Tuesday's data were net sellers in equity segment, while they were net buyers in debt segment, according to data released by the NSDL.
In equity segment, the gross buying was of Rs 10046.43 crore against gross selling of Rs 11978.61 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 1932.18 crore in equities.
In the debt segment, the gross purchase was of Rs 1589.28 crore with gross sales of Rs 1251.92 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 337.36 crore in debt.
Of the total debt, FIIs stood as net sellers in Debt-General Limit segment at Rs 461.48 crore, they stood at net buyers in Debt-VRR segment at Rs 864.76 crore, while net sellers in Debt-FAR segment at Rs 65.92 crore.
In the hybrid segment, the gross buying was of Rs 10.86 crore against gross selling of Rs 11.79 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 0.93 crore in hybrid segment.
