FIIs stood as net sellers in equities as per May 27 data: NSDL

The FIIs as per Monday's data were net sellers in equity segment, while they were net buyers in debt segment, according to data released by the NSDL.
In equity segment, the gross buying was of Rs 11235.38 crore against gross selling of Rs 12172.46 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 937.08 crore in equities.
In the debt segment, the gross purchase was of Rs 2020.44 crore with gross sales of Rs 1367.60 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 652.84 crore in debt.
In the hybrid segment, the gross buying was of Rs 35.36 crore against gross selling of Rs 114.81 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 79.45 crore in hybrid segment.
