FIIs stood as net sellers in equities as per May 08 data: NSDL

The FIIs as per Wednesday's data were net sellers in both equity and debt segments, according to data released by the NSDL.
In equity segment, the gross buying was of Rs 14222.30 crore against gross selling of Rs 17165.28 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 2942.98 crore in equities.
In the debt segment, the gross purchase was of Rs 1887.44 crore with gross sales of Rs 2615.89 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 728.45 crore in debt.
In the hybrid segment, the gross buying was of Rs 11.16 crore against gross selling of Rs 44.45 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 33.29 crore in hybrid segment.
