FIIs stood as net sellers in equities as per June 06 data: NSDL

The FIIs as per Thursday's data were net sellers in equity segment, while they were net buyers in debt segment, according to data released by the NSDL.
In equity segment, the gross buying was of Rs 23244.29 crore against gross selling of Rs 28048.68 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 4804.39 crore in equities.
In the debt segment, the gross purchase was of Rs 1729.96 crore with gross sales of Rs 1128.92 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 601.04 crore in debt.
In the hybrid segment, the gross buying was of Rs 39.41 crore against gross selling of Rs 55.48 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 16.07 crore in hybrid segment.
