FIIs stood as net sellers in equities as per July 2 data: NSDL
The FIIs as per Tuesday's data were net sellers in equity segments, while net buyers in debt segments, according to data released by the NSDL.
In equity segment, the gross buying was of Rs 13687.56 crore against gross selling of Rs 14181.64 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 494.08 crore in equities.
In the debt segment, the gross purchase was of Rs 2133.07 crore with gross sales of Rs 970.16 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 1162.91 crore in debt.
In the hybrid segment, the gross buying was of Rs 12.73 crore against gross selling of Rs 13.34 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 0.61 crore in hybrid segment.
