FIIs stood as net sellers in equities as per December 10 data: NSDL
The FIIs as per Wednesday's data were net sellers in both equity and debt segments, according to data released by the NSDL.
In equity segment, the gross buying was of Rs 17406.47 crore against gross selling of Rs 19534.14 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 2127.67 crore in equities.
In the debt segment, the gross purchase was of Rs 1844.84 crore with gross sales of Rs 5120.53 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 3275.69 crore in debt.
Of the total debt, FIIs stood as net sellers in Debt-General Limit segment at Rs 329.27 crore, they stood at net sellers in Debt-VRR segment at Rs 358.67 crore, while net sellers in Debt-FAR segment at Rs 2587.75 crore.
In the hybrid segment, the gross buying was of Rs 34.53 crore against gross selling of Rs 41.14 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 6.61 crore in hybrid segment.
