FIIs stood as net buyers in equities as per September 30 data: NSDL
The FIIs as per Monday's data were net buyers in both equity and debt segments, according to data released by the NSDL.
In equity segment, the gross buying was of Rs 28827.61 crore against gross selling of Rs 28463.45 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 364.16 crore in equities.
In the debt segment, the gross purchase was of Rs 3071.58 crore with gross sales of Rs 1665.34 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 1406.24 crore in debt.
Of the total debt, FIIs stood as net buyers in Debt-General Limit segment at Rs 421.57 crore, they stood at net buyers in Debt-VRR segment at Rs 48.17 crore and net buyers in Debt-FAR segment at Rs 936.50 crore.
In the hybrid segment, the gross buying was of Rs 19.14 crore against gross selling of Rs 14.96 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 4.18 crore in hybrid segment.
