FIIs stood as net buyers in equities as per September 12 data: NSDL

The FIIs as per Thursday's data were net buyers in both equity and debt segments, according to data released by the NSDL.
In equity segment, the gross buying was of Rs 16685.03 crore against gross selling of Rs 13815.41 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 2869.62 crore in equities.
In the debt segment, the gross purchase was of Rs 2129.25 crore with gross sales of Rs 1105.75 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 1023.50 crore in debt.
Of the total debt, FIIs stood as net sellers in Debt-General Limit segment at Rs 187.07 crore, they stood at net sellers in Debt-VRR segment at Rs 34.66 crore and net buyers in Debt-FAR segment at Rs 1245.23 crore.
In the hybrid segment, the gross buying was of Rs 37.51 crore against gross selling of Rs 8.02 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 29.49 crore in hybrid segment.
