FIIs stood as net buyers in equities as per September 11 data: NSDL

The FIIs as per Wednesday's data were net buyers in both equity and debt segments, according to data released by the NSDL.
In equity segment, the gross buying was of Rs 17619.47 crore against gross selling of Rs 14657.03 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 2962.44 crore in equities.
In the debt segment, the gross purchase was of Rs 1569.85 crore with gross sales of Rs 1039.75 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 530.10 crore in debt.
Of the total debt, FIIs stood as net sellers in Debt-General Limit segment at Rs 811.58 crore, they stood at net buyers in Debt-VRR segment at Rs 264.42 crore and net buyers in Debt-FAR segment at Rs 1077.26 crore.
In the hybrid segment, the gross buying was of Rs 40.02 crore against gross selling of Rs 12.28 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 27.74 crore in hybrid segment.
