FIIs stood as net buyers in equities as per May 28 data: NSDL

The FIIs as per Tuesday's data were net buyers in both equity and debt segments, according to data released by the NSDL.
In equity segment, the gross buying was of Rs 15033.19 crore against gross selling of Rs 14337.03 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 696.16 crore in equities.
In the debt segment, the gross purchase was of Rs 3860.90 crore with gross sales of Rs 889.24 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 2971.66 crore in debt.
In the hybrid segment, the gross buying was of Rs 40.50 crore against gross selling of Rs 41.19 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 0.69 crore in hybrid segment.
