FIIs stood as net buyers in equities as per July 10 data: NSDL
The FIIs as per Friday's data were net buyers in both equity and debt segments, according to data released by the NSDL.
In equity segment, the gross buying was of Rs 15736.39 crore against gross selling of Rs 15471.33 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 265.06 crore in equities.
In the debt segment, the gross purchase was of Rs 2094.49 crore with gross sales of Rs 945.48 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 1149.01 crore in debt.
Of the total debt, FIIs stood as net sellers in Debt-General Limit segment at Rs 382.70 crore, they stood at net sellers in Debt-VRR segment at Rs 40.60 crore, while net buyers in Debt-FAR segment at Rs 1572.31 crore.
In the hybrid segment, the gross buying was of Rs 15.80 crore against gross selling of Rs 20.12 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 4.32 crore in hybrid segment.
