Fidelity International acquires 2.42% stake in Capital Small Finance Bank
Fidelity Institutional Funds ICVC – Emerging Markets Fund, a fund managed by US-based Fidelity International, has acquired a 2.42% stake in Capital Small Finance Bank (Capital SFB) through a bulk deal on September 29. The fund acquired approximately 11.02 lakh shares at ?280 per share, taking the transaction value to around ?30.86 crore.
The shares were acquired from Oman India Joint Investment Fund II, which sold 11.02 lakh shares, representing a 2.42% stake, at the same price. Oman India Joint Investment Fund II held a 2.52% stake in Capital SFB as of June 2026.
The transaction was reported as part of the September 29, 2026 bulk-deal activity on the BSE.
