Escorts Kubota jumps as its Agri Machinery Business reports 48% growth in September sales

Escorts Kubota is currently trading at Rs. 3516.15, up by 67.00 points or 1.94% from its previous closing of Rs. 3449.15 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 3454.25 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 3698.95 and Rs. 3454.25 respectively. So far 12253 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 4337.80 on 01-Oct-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 2828.75 on 28-Feb-2025.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 3712.00 and Rs. 3404.85 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 39330.62 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 68.04%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 16.65% and 15.31% respectively.

Escorts Kubota’s Agri Machinery Business has recorded highest ever monthly sales in September 2025. The company has sold 18,267 tractors in September 2025, registering a growth of 47.6% as against 12,380 tractors sold in September 2024. Domestic tractor sales in September 2025 were at 17,803 tractors registering a growth of 48.5% as against 11,985 tractors in September 2024. Export tractor sales in September 2025 were at 464 tractors registering a growth of 17.5% as against 395 tractors sold in September 2024. Tractor industry sustained its growth momentum in September, as expected, driven by favourable rural conditions, above normal well distributed monsoon rains, improved water reservoir levels, and an early festive season. The recent GST rate cut on tractors and farm machinery has further boosted sentiments.

The company’s construction equipment business division has sold 413 machines in September 2025 down by 19.0% as against 510 machines sold in September 2024. The CE industry has faced recent challenges from monsoon disruptions, project delays, and rising costs.
