Engineers India shines on bagging contract worth Rs 618 crore

Engineers India is currently trading at Rs. 213.55, up by 4.75 points or 2.27% from its previous closing of Rs. 208.80 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 213.75 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 218.00 and Rs. 212.65 respectively. So far 225496 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 5 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 255.25 on 11-Jul-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 142.15 on 03-Mar-2025.
Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 218.00 and Rs. 199.90 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 12081.10 crore.
The promoters holding in the company stood at 51.32%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 21.47% and 27.21% respectively.
Engineers India (EIL) has been awarded contract for providing Project Management Consultancy (PMC) Services & Engineering Procurement and Construction Management (EPCM) Services for a New Fertilizer Plant in Africa. The said contract is expected to be completed in 24 months. Contract value is approximately Rs 618 crore.
Engineers India is engaged in the business of providing engineering and related technical services for petroleum refineries and other industrial projects.
