EMS soars on receiving letter of award from Deltabulk Shipping India

EMS is currently trading at Rs. 628.00, up by 17.25 points or 2.82% from its previous closing of Rs. 610.75 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 615.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 629.00 and Rs. 613.05 respectively. So far 8990 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 1016.85 on 18-Dec-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 550.00 on 09-May-2025.
Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 629.50 and Rs. 600.05 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 3424.58 crore.
The promoters holding in the company stood at 69.70%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 0.55% and 29.74% respectively.
EMS has received the Letter of Award for Electrical Works under project Development, Operation and Maintenance of the Multimodal Logistics Park (MMLP) Nagpur at Sindi, in Wardha District in the State of Maharashtra through Public Private Partnership on Design, Build, Finance Operate and Transfer (DBFOT) basis From Deltabulk Shipping India (Project which is part of PM Gati Shakti-National Master Plan). As part of this, National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) has signed an agreement with DC Multi Modal Park (Nagpur), a SPV of Deltabulk Shipping India. The estimated order value (excluding GST) is around Rs 19.46 crore. The said order is expected to be completed in 7 months.
EMS is in the business of Sewerage solution provider, Water Supply System, Water and Waste Treatment Plants, Electrical Transmission and Distribution, Road and Allied works, operation and maintenance of Wastewater Scheme Projects (WWSPs) and Water Supply Scheme Projects (WSSPs) for government authorities/bodies.
