Edelweiss Asset Management announces change in address of OPA
Edelweiss Asset Management has announced addendum to the Scheme Information Document (SID), Key Information Memorandum (KIM) and Statement of Additional Information (SAI) of the Schemes of Edelweiss Mutual Fund.
Edelweiss Mutual Fund has informed that Investor Service Centre of KFin Technologies (Registrar and Transfer Agent to the Schemes of Edelweiss Mutual Fund) which will be the official point of acceptance of transactions for all the Schemes of Edelweiss Mutual Fund is shifting from ‘KFin Technologies, Office No 207-210, 2ND Floor, Kamala Arcade, J.M. Road, Opp. Balgandharva, Shivaji Nagar Pune – 411005, Contact No. 020 - 46033615’ to ‘KFin Technologies, Ayaan Chandrika, Office No. 14,15,16. Second Floor H.NO 1315, F.PL No. 701, Dadasaheb Torne Path, Off Jangli Maharaj Road, Shivaji Nagar Pune -411005, Contact No. 020 – 46033615’ with effect from September 22, 2025.
Accordingly, the Scheme Information Document (SID), Key Information Memorandum (KIM) and Statement of Additional Information (SAI) of the Schemes of Edelweiss Mutual Funds stands amended suitable to reflect the change as stated above.
This addendum shall form an integral part of the SID/KIM/SAI of the Schemes of the Fund, as amended from time to time.
