Edelweiss Asset Management Company (AMC) has announced notice cum addendum to the Scheme Information Document (SID) and Key Information Memorandum (KIM) of scheme of Edelweiss Mutual Fund.

Edelweiss Mutual Fund informed that the existing Co-Fund Manager for equity portion - Bhavin Patadia, for Edelweiss Arbitrage Fund of Edelweiss Mutual Fund will be replaced by Amit Vora with effect from November 6, 2024. Further, Bhavin Patadia has resigned from the services of Edelweiss Asset Management Limited (EAML) and hence would cease to be Fund Manager and Key Person of EAML with effect from close of business hours on November 5, 2024.

This notice-cum-addendum forms an integral part of the SID, KIM and SAI of the scheme of the Fund as amended from time to time. All other features and terms & conditions shall remain unchanged.
