eClerx Services Ltd. achieves 13.4% revenue growth in Q3 FY2024-25

Recording a sequential and YoY Revenue Growth, the company remains confident on maintaining its growth momentum.
Key highlights from the consolidated financial results reported for the quarter ended December 31, 2024
For the quarter ended December 31, 2024, eClerx’s total revenue increased to INR 875.2 crore, representing a 3.6% sequential growth and healthy 13.1% Y-o-Y growth over INR 773.5 crore recorded in Q3 FY2023-24.
In U.S Dollar terms, the company’s operating revenue stood at USD 100.7 million, which is 11.2% higher than its Q3 FY23-24 revenue of USD 90.5 million.
From a profitability perspective, Q3 FY24-25 EBITDA is INR 228.1 crore, as compared with Q3 FY23-24 EBITDA of INR 228.0 crore.
* Net Profit for Q3 FY24-25 came in at INR 137.1 crore, amounting to a 1.1% decline on YoY basis over the Q3 FY23-24 of INR 138.6 crore.
* Basic earnings per share (EPS) for Q3 FY24-25 has increased to INR 29.2 from INR 28.8 in Q3 FY23-24, amounting to a 1.4% increase on a YoY basis.
* Total delivery headcount increased to 18,514 in Q3 FY24-25, which is 9.2% higher than the Q3 FY23-24 headcount of 16,952.
