Digispice Technologies gains on entering into agreement with Sood Infomatics LLP

Digispice Technologies has entered into an agreement with Sood Infomatics LLP (SIL) pursuant to which the company will acquire 8,69,030 (1.94% of total number of shares) Class B shares held by SIL in Spice Money (SML), a material subsidiary of the company. This acquisition will provide exit to SIL and will consolidate stake of the company in SML. Cost of acquisition is Rs 4.5 crore. The said acquisition is expected to be completed by March 31, 2025.
Digispice Technologies is primarily engaged into the Information and Communication Technology business providing Value Added Services, and Mobile Content services to the domestic/international Telecom Operators. Also, the company undertakes development and sale of telecom related software.
