Diamond Power Infrastructure touches roof on bagging LoA worth Rs 179.43 crore from AEML

Diamond Power Infrastructure is currently locked at its upper circuit limit of Rs. 388.05, up by 18.45 points or 4.99% from its previous closing of Rs. 369.60 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 370.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 388.05 and Rs. 370.00 respectively. So far 161242 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'T' stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 388.05 on 15-Sept-2026 and a 52 week low of Rs. 115.80 on 02-Feb-2026.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 388.05 and Rs. 322.10 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 23208.15 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 84.02%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 1.99% and 13.98% respectively.

Diamond Power Infrastructure has received a Letter of Award (LoA) from Adani Electricity Mumbai (AEML) for the supply of additional medium voltage and low voltage underground power cables for the Mumbai distribution network.

The award is valued at Rs 179.43 crore inclusive of GST and covers around 871 kms of cable in aggregate - 33 kV and 11 kV medium voltage cable together with associated 1.1 kV low voltage cable. Prices are inclusive of packing and forwarding and of freight and transit insurance. Deliveries to commence upon manufacturing clearance, at a scheduled rate of around 50 km per month, to be advanced in line with project requirements.
