Diamond Power Infrastructure gains on securing LoI worth Rs 175.17 crore

Diamond Power Infrastructure is currently trading at Rs. 97.34, up by 1.82 points or 1.91% from its previous closing of Rs. 95.52 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 95.70 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 97.97 and Rs. 92.05 respectively. So far 18661 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'T' stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 193.58 on 21-Oct-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 46.46 on 21-Mar-2024.
Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 97.97 and Rs. 85.55 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 4990.42 crore.
The promoters holding in the company stood at 90.00%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 0.04% and 9.96% respectively.
Diamond Power Infrastructure has received a Letter of Intent (LoI) from Associated Power Structures worth Rs 175.17 crore for supply of AL-59 Conductor as per GETCO Technical Specification.
Earlier, the company had commenced one Medium Voltage (MV) extrusion line capable for making 175 kms of MV Cables per month.
Diamond Power Infrastructure (DPIL) was incorporated in 1992 having its registered office in Vadodara, Gujarat. The company is engaged in manufacturing & selling of conductor, cables and transmission towers.
