Dharmaj Crop Guard surges on executing agreement for purchase of land in Ahmedabad

Dharmaj Crop Guard is currently trading at Rs. 231.50, up by 5.00 points or 2.21% from its previous closing of Rs. 226.50 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 228.10 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 232.25 and Rs. 226.75 respectively. So far 680 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 388.75 on 28-Aug-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 168.05 on 28-Feb-2025.
Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 240.00 and Rs. 225.60 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 784.94 crore.
The promoters holding in the company stood at 70.40%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 4.14% and 25.46% respectively.
Dharmaj Crop Guard has executed an agreement for the purchase of Immovable Property being non-agricultural (NA) Land having Plot size around 12450 Square meter situated at New Survey Number 55,Taluka Bavla , Kerala Ahmedabad.
The registration procedure was completed on May 26, 2025. Size of agreement is Rs 2.50 crore (Exclusive of Stamp duty and registration fees and other related expenses). Purpose of entering into the agreement is for the company's future expansion plans as may be decided by Management in future.
Dharmaj Crop Guard is engaged in the business of manufacturing, distributing, and marketing a wide range of agrochemical formulations toal the B2C and B2B customers.
