Dharan Infra-EPC surges as its arm bags contracts worth Rs 262.10 crore

Dharan Infra-EPC is currently trading at Rs. 0.49, up by 0.01 points or 2.08% from its previous closing of Rs. 0.48 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 0.49 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 0.49 and Rs. 0.49 respectively. So far 915077 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'T' stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 1.28 on 07-Nov-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 0.34 on 22-May-2025.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 0.49 and Rs. 0.47 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 256.21 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 0.83%, while non-institutions held 99.17% stake in the company.

Dharan Infra-EPC’s wholly owned subsidiary -- Dharan Infra Solar has received work contracts of an aggregate value of around Rs 262.10 crore from a leading renewable energy company in India engaged in solar power development.

The orders are for the development of a grid-connected solar power plant for the solarization of segregated agriculture feeders at distribution substations in different districts of Uttar Pradesh with the specified capacity. Execution timelines are scheduled up to April 30, 2026.
