DCM Shriram surges on entering into definitive agreement with JSW Renew Energy Thirty Two
DCM Shriram is currently trading at Rs. 1115.15, up by 30.35 points or 2.80% from its previous closing of Rs. 1084.80 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 1081.05 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 1127.90 and Rs. 1081.05 respectively. So far 4369 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 1370.00 on 19-Nov-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 840.15 on 28-Mar-2024.
Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 1149.90 and Rs. 1081.05 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 17424.21 crore.

DCM Shriram has entered into a Definitive Agreement with JSW Renew Energy Thirty Two for setting up a Wind Solar Hybrid renewable power project for replacing existing coal based 40 MW power with 68 MW RE Power. The total investment of Rs 57.12 crore will be made in tranches, with the project slated for completion by March 2026.
DCM Shriram runs two businesses energy intensive and agri business. The company is also the third largest manufacturer of Chlor-Alkali in the India. They have launched value added UPVC window system business under the Fenesta TM brand in India.
