Dalmia Bharat’s step-down wholly owned subsidiary -- Ascension Mercantile (AMPL) has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary namely ‘AMPL Green City Solutions’, which has allotted 10,000 equity shares (100% equity stake) at par to AMPL on September 17, 2026. The new entity has been incorporated to achieve efficient waste management through waste processing plants, recycling facilities, resource recovery facilities and utilities.
