Cyient is currently trading at Rs. 1997.45, up by 7.40 points or 0.37% from its previous closing of Rs. 1990.05 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 1987.50 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 2010.00 and Rs. 1985.00 respectively. So far 1039 shares were traded on the counter.

The objective of incorporation is to carry on the business of Procurement Consulting; Engineering Projects Management Consultancy; Information Technology Consultancy; Research and development to in the field of cloud computing; Services, Management and Operation of Computer Networks; and Information Technology Network Services
Earlier, the company had incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company ‘Cyient Semiconductors’ under the provisions of Companies Act, 2013.
