CreditAccess Grameen climbs on raising Rs 300 crore through NCDs

CreditAccess Grameen is currently trading at Rs. 1430.05, up by 28.35 points or 2.02% from its previous closing of Rs. 1401.70 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 1397.10 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 1448.20 and Rs. 1397.10 respectively. So far 44998 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 1634.40 on 31-Jul-2026 and a 52 week low of Rs. 1112.90 on 23-Mar-2026.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 1,448.20 and Rs. 1348.10 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 22977.87 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 66.21%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 26.15% and 7.63% respectively.

CreditAccess Grameen has raised Rs 300 crore through allotment of 30,000 senior, secured, rated, listed, redeemable, transferable, taxable, non-convertible debentures, having a face value of Rs 1,00,000. The debentures have been allotted on a private placement basis in two series. The Executive, Borrowings & Investment Committee of the Board of Directors of the company, in its meeting held on September 02, 2026, has allotted the same.

The committee has allotted 10,000 series 1 debentures having a coupon rate of 9.15% per annum and tenure of 24 months. Further, it has allotted 20,000 series 2 debentures having coupon rate of 9.25% per annum and tenure of 36 months. The debentures are proposed to be listed on the Wholesale Debt Market segment of BSE.
