City Pulse Multiplex zooms on getting nod to acquire Matrubharti Technologies

City Pulse Multiplex is currently trading at Rs. 1477.95, up by 58.65 points or 4.13% from its previous closing of Rs. 1419.30 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 1395.50 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 1477.95 and Rs. 1395.50 respectively. So far 2800 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'M' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 1480.00 on 27-Jun-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 132.00 on 02-Jul-2024.
Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 1480.00 and Rs. 1335.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 1567.61 crore.
The promoters holding in the company stood at 11.98%, while non-institutions held 88.02% stake in the company.
City Pulse Multiplex has received approval for the proposal for acquisition of Matrubharti Technologies, a private limited company, engaged in the business of providing platform in nature of mobile application for Online literature in various languages for consideration other than cash.
The company will be able to develop and extend its new line of business through this acquisition by providing online access to literature in regional languages through mobile application and Web platform. The transaction is expected to be executed on or before September 30, 2025. The Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on June 27, 2025 has considered and approved the same.
