Cipla inches up as its arm partners with Qilu for licensing, supply of QL2107

Cipla is currently trading at Rs. 1390.90, up by 1.90 points or 0.14% from its previous closing of Rs. 1389.00 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 1398.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 1398.00 and Rs. 1377.00 respectively. So far 14167 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 1672.20 on 23-Oct-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 1165.55 on 02-Apr-2026.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 1426.20 and Rs. 1,377.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 111637.96 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 29.21%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 54.83% and 15.95% respectively.

Cipla’s wholly owned subsidiary -- Invagen Pharmaceuticals Inc has entered into a strategic partnership with Qilu Pharmaceutical Co., (Qilu), for the exclusive licensing and supply of QL2107, a biosimilar to Keytruda (pembrolizumab), for the United States.

As part of the agreement, Qilu will be responsible for development, regulatory registration and supply of the product while Cipla USA Inc. will be responsible for the commercialization of the asset by leveraging its strong commercial presence in the defined territory. The collaboration reflects both companies’ shared commitment to addressing the growing burden of cancer and improving access to advanced biologic therapies.
