Cipla’s wholly owned subsidiary -- Cipla Medpro South Africa has completed the acquisition of 100% equity stake in Actor Pharma, South Africa (Actor) as on February 7, 2024. Accordingly, Actor will now be a wholly owned step-down subsidiary of the Company
