Choice International surges as its arm incorporates wholly owned subsidiary

Choice International is currently trading at Rs. 698.00, up by 13.30 points or 1.94% from its previous closing of Rs. 684.70 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 687.15 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 698.00 and Rs. 679.85 respectively. So far 27688 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 702.70 on 19-May-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 321.70 on 05-Jun-2024.
Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 702.65 and Rs. 636.50 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 13845.11 crore.
The promoters holding in the company stood at 58.13%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 13.80% and 28.07% respectively.
Choice International’s wholly owned subsidiary (WOS) -- Choice Consultancy Services has incorporated a WOS under the name ‘Choice Green Energy MH-2’. The newly incorporated Company is a step-down subsidiary of the Choice International.
Choice Green Energy MH-2 is incorporated with the object to enter into the business activities such as the development of solar projects, including the generation, supply and sale of power, the construction of non-conventional/renewable energy facilities as well as engaging in the various ancillary activities.
Choice International offers services in area of project financing, assisting in raising funds by equity or debt routes, debt structuring, private equity, acquisitions, long term strategic planning, turnaround and structuring and joint ventures, divestitures and takeovers.
