Choice International gains as its arm partners with Rajasthan state government

Choice International is currently trading at Rs. 411.70, up by 4.40 points or 1.08% from its previous closing of Rs. 407.30 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 409.90 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 413.35 and Rs. 409.25 respectively. So far 10988 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 421.00 on 15-Sep-2023 and a 52 week low of Rs. 220.00 on 04-Oct-2022.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 419.00 and Rs. 406.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 4095.42 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 55.97%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 14.97% and 29.05% respectively.

Choice International’s wholly owned subsidiary -- Choice Consultancy Services (CCSPL) has partnered with the Rajasthan state government to drive economic growth and foster social inclusivity. This strategic collaboration is in alignment with Rajasthan's ambitious vision of job creation, sustainable development and becoming a premier investment hub.

Under the awarded contract, CCSPL will assume a pivotal role in working closely with the Bureau of Investment Promotion (BIP) to develop and execute a comprehensive strategy aimed at bolstering Rajasthan's investment ecosystem. This multifaceted strategy encompasses several key components, including reinforcing the Single Window System, enhancing business reform rankings, streamlining regulatory processes, and cultivating a business-friendly environment conducive to growth.

Choice International offers services in area of project financing, assisting in raising funds by equity or debt routes, debt structuring, private equity, acquisitions, long term strategic planning, turnaround and structuring and joint ventures, divestitures and takeovers.
