CG Power gains as its arm completes acquisition of 100% stake in Tosil Systems
CG Power and Industrial Solutions is currently trading at Rs. 874.15, up by 11.25 points or 1.30% from its previous closing of Rs. 862.90 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 869.30 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 875.10 and Rs. 863.05 respectively. So far 43320 shares were traded on the counter.

CG Power and Industrial Solutions’ wholly owned subsidiary -- Axiro Semiconductor (Axiro) has completed the acquisition of 5,00,000 equity shares of the face value of Rs 10 each, representing 100% of the subscribed and paid-up equity share capital of Tosil Systems, for a consideration of Rs 16.44 crore. Consequently, Tosil has become a wholly owned subsidiary of Axiro under Section 2(87) of the Companies Act, 2013.
