Central Bank of India gains on reporting 55% rise in Q3 consolidated net profit

Central Bank of India has reported 56.66% rise in net profit at Rs 717.86 crore for third quarter ended December 31, 2023 as compared to Rs 458.22 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the bank increased by 19.69% at Rs 9,138.93 crore for Q3FY24 as compared Rs 7,635.71 crore for corresponding quarter of the previous year.
On consolidated basis, the bank reported 55.12% rise in its net profit at Rs 734.47 crore for third quarter ended December 31, 2023 as compared to Rs 473.47 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the bank increased by 19.64% at Rs 9,171.16 crore for Q3FY24 as compared Rs 7,665.59 crore for corresponding quarter of the previous year.
