Ceinsys Tech gains on making further investment of Rs 10 lakh in ADCC Infocom
Ceinsys Tech is currently trading at Rs. 964.00, up by 6.20 points or 0.65% from its previous closing of Rs. 957.80 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 933.90 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 967.80 and Rs. 933.90 respectively. So far 5108 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 1952.00 on 25-Aug-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 796.75 on 18-Dec-2025.
Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 1016.65 and Rs. 918.75 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 1711.41 crore.
The promoters holding in the company stood at 50.70%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 4.56% and 44.74% respectively.
Ceinsys Tech has further invested Rs 10 lakh by way of subscription in the equity share capital of its wholly owned subsidiary, ADCC Infocom on rights basis. With the current investment, the company’s shareholding in ADCC Infocom remains unchanged at 100%. ADCC Infocom is engaged in Information Technology and its applications including Software engineering, development, business computing, data communication and networking etc.
