Ceigall India moves up as its JV gets LoAs from Ministry of Road Transport & Highways
Ceigall India is currently trading at Rs. 310.65, up by 2.00 points or 0.65% from its previous closing of Rs. 308.65 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 313.20 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 316.35 and Rs. 309.85 respectively. So far 6214 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 5 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 405.00 on 30-Jun-2026 and a 52 week low of Rs. 223.00 on 09-Dec-2025.
Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 325.00 and Rs. 302.85 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 5438.68 crore.
The promoters holding in the company stood at 82.06%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 7.53% and 10.41% respectively.
Ceigall India (CIL), in a joint venture with Sushee Infra & Mining (SIML), has received four Letters of Acceptance (LoAs) from the Ministry of Road Transport & Highways (MoRTH) for the construction of multiple road packages on NH-913 (Frontier Highway) in Arunachal Pradesh. The four projects have an aggregate bid cost of Rs 2,149.62 crore.
The CIL-SIML joint venture comprises Ceigall India with a 74% stake and Sushee Infra Mining with a 26% stake. The contracts have been awarded on an Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) basis. The four packages involve the construction and development of Intermediate Lane roads across key sections of NH-913 (Frontier Highway) in Arunachal Pradesh.
