Our order book stood at INR 2,26,811 million as on September 30, 2026, providing strong revenue visibility across our diversified infrastructure portfolio.

During the quarter, we further strengthened our order book with significant project wins, including multiple EPC packages for the Frontier Highway in Arunachal Pradesh and a major power transmission project in Maharashtra & Gujarat. These developments reinforce our growing presence across geographies and our strategic focus on high-potential infrastructure segments.

We also achieved important execution milestones during the quarter, including the receipt of appointed dates for three HAM projects aggregating approximately INR 40,500 million. In our renewable energy business, we successfully commissioned 10 MW of capacity under our 147 MW solar project in Maharashtra, ahead of schedule. Additionally, we continued to make progress on our HAM asset monetisation strategy, aimed at unlocking capital from mature assets and supporting future growth opportunities

Looking ahead, we remain focused on accelerating execution across our project portfolio, strengthening our presence in renewable energy and power transmission, and maintaining a disciplined approach to capital allocation. Backed by our robust order book, execution capabilities and increasingly diversified business portfolio, we remain confident in delivering sustainable long-term growth and creating value for all our stakeholders.”
