Ceigall India gains as its JV gets LoA from MoRTH

Ceigall India is currently trading at Rs. 326.00, up by 3.10 points or 0.96% from its previous closing of Rs. 322.90 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 332.35 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 338.95 and Rs. 324.30 respectively. So far 46901 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 5 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 405.00 on 30-Jun-2026 and a 52 week low of Rs. 223.00 on 09-Dec-2025.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 338.95 and Rs. 307.65 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 5,679.08 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 82.06%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 7.53% and 10.41% respectively.

Ceigall India (CIL), in a joint venture with Sushee Infra & Mining (SIML), has received Letters of Acceptance (LoA) from the Ministry of Road Transport & Highways (MoRTH) for Construction of road from km 85.60 to km 168.00 of Lada-Sarli section of NH-913 (Frontier Highway) to Intermediate Lane on EPC mode in the State of Arunachal Pradesh.

The CIL-SIML joint venture comprises Ceigall India with a 74% stake and Sushee Infra Mining with a 26% stake. The tender is valued at Rs 704.70 crore (excluding GST). The tender includes construction period of 48 month and maintenance period of 5 year.
