Ceigall India gains as its arm inks pact with NHAI to develop Southern Ludhiana Bypass

Ceigall India is currently trading at Rs 269.40, up by 3.35 points or 1.26% from its previous closing of Rs 266.05 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs 270.15 and has touched a high and low of Rs 273.20 and Rs 268.00 respectively. So far 3151 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs 5 has touched a 52-week high of Rs 425.00 on 08-Aug-2024 and a 52-week low of Rs 229.00 on 07-Apr-2025.
Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs 273.20 and Rs 250.50 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs 4719.21 crore.
The promoters holding in the company stood at 82.06%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 9.70% and 8.24% respectively.
Ceigall India’s subsidiary -- CEIGALL SOUTHERN LUDHIANA BYPASS has executed the Concession Agreement with the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) on May 5, 2025. The agreement is for the development of 6-lane Greenfield Southern Ludhiana Bypass from Intersection with NH44 near Village Rajgarh to the Intersection with Delhi Katra Expressway (NE 5) near Village Ballowal, km 00+000 to Km 25+240 as part of Ludhiana-Ajmer Economic Corridor on Hybrid Annuity Mode under NH (O) in the state of Punjab.
The estimated Bid Project Cost of the said project is Rs 1063.79 crore and is to be completed within 24 months.
