Brigade Enterprises rises on acquiring 100% stake in Celebrations

Brigade Enterprises is currently trading at Rs. 591.85, up by 5.80 points or 0.99% from its previous closing of Rs. 586.05 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 589.05 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 597.65 and Rs. 589.05 respectively. So far 203 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 801.56 on 31-Oct-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 461.25 on 23-Mar-2026.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 605.90 and Rs. 576.05 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 19120.43 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 41.10%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 41.10% and 17.81% respectively.

Brigade Enterprises has acquired 100% stake in the equity shares of M/s Celebrations, step down subsidiary of the Company. M/s. Brigade Hospitality Services, wholly owned subsidiary of the Company was holding 100% of the equity shares of M/s Celebrations before this acquisition. Due to the aforesaid acquisition M/s. Celebrations has become a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company with effect from August 19, 2026.

The acquisition is made with the object to undertake Real Estate development projects in the company. The cost acquisition is Rs 30 lakh.
