Brigade Enterprises gains on getting nod to raise upto Rs 1500 crore through NCDs

Brigade Enterprises is currently trading at Rs 1097.70, up by 12.80 points or 1.18% from its previous closing of Rs 1084.90 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs 1094.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs 1101.35 and Rs 1081.50 respectively. So far 10637 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs 10 has touched a 52-week high of Rs 1450.00 on 27-Sep-2024 and a 52-week low of Rs 812.85 on 07-Apr-2025.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs 1121.70 and Rs 1053.80 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs 26891.92 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 41.14%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 43.08% and 15.78% respectively.

Brigade Enterprises has received approval to raise upto Rs 1500 crore through issuance of Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) on a private placement basis in one or more tranches. The Board of Directors at its meeting held on July 14, 2025 has approved the same. 

Brigade Enterprises is engaged in developing residential, commercial and retail properties primarily in Bangalore and Mysore, and has also developed and is managing a number of serviced apartments under the brand, Brigade Homestead.
