Bondada Engineering rises on bagging NOA worth Rs 1,338 crore from NTPC Renewable Energy

Bondada Engineering is currently trading at Rs. 346.60, up by 3.10 points or 0.90% from its previous closing of Rs. 343.50 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 349.95 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 354.85 and Rs. 346.00 respectively. So far 200800 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'M' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 503.00 on 28-Oct-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 215.00 on 30-Mar-2026.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 354.85 and Rs. 311.10 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 3870.53 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 61.57%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 0.72% and 37.71% respectively.

Bondada Engineering has secured Notification of Award (NOA) from NTPC Renewable Energy for the EPC Package for development of 250 MW Solar PV Project with 50 MW/200 MWh Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) Project at Sitapur, Uttar Pradesh. The award reflects the continued confidence of a marquee PSU customer in the company's engineering excellence, project execution capabilities, and proven track record of successfully delivering largescale renewable energy infrastructure projects. The order is valued at around Rs 1,338. 03 crore and the facilities are to be completed within 18 months from receipt of NOA.

With this order, the company’s Solar EPC order book has expanded to around 5.5 GWp, while its BESS order book has increased to around 1.1 GWh. The strengthened order book enhances revenue visibility, provides strong execution momentum, and establishes a robust platform for sustainable growth in the years ahead.
