Bodhi Tree Multimedia moves up on signing MoU with Government of Assam

Bodhi Tree Multimedia is currently trading at Rs. 8.26, up by 0.03 points or 0.36% from its previous closing of Rs. 8.23 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 8.46 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 8.46 and Rs. 8.02 respectively. So far 22337 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 19.45 on 22-Apr-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 7.55 on 28-Mar-2025.
Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 9.80 and Rs. 7.90 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 149.99 crore.
The promoters holding in the company stood at 35.29%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 0.61% and 64.10% respectively.

The Rs 500 crore MoU will further enhance the company’s, empowering it to contribute more effectively to the country’s growth in the entertainment and media sector. The planned facilities include a cutting-edge Media City, a luxury seven-star wellness resort, and an immersive India Pavilion to showcase the country’s cultural diversity. These world-class amenities will cater to the growing demand for global media and entertainment infrastructure, positioning Assam as a leading destination for both leisure and business travellers.
