BMW Ventures gains on bagging order worth Rs 36 crore
BMW Ventures is currently trading at Rs. 62.92, up by 1.12 points or 1.81% from its previous closing of Rs. 61.80 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 62.50 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 63.38 and Rs. 61.07 respectively. So far 7133 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 80.00 on 01-Oct-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 49.50 on 19-Jan-2026.
Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 63.38 and Rs. 57.75 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 531.74 crore.
The promoters holding in the company stood at 73.02%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 1.27% and 25.72% respectively.
BMW Ventures has secured largest order worth Rs 36 crore for supply of Structural Steel for Bharat Heavy Electricals (BHEL) Project in the Fabricated Steel Manufacturing Division of the Company. The order is to be delivered within 10 months.
