Blue Cloud trades higher on inking pact with Senegal Ministry and GCIB for Africa
Blue Cloud Softech Solutions is currently trading at Rs. 20.64, up by 0.32 points or 1.57% from its previous closing of Rs. 20.32 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 20.72 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 21.14 and Rs. 20.24 respectively. So far 857298 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 38.00 on 06-Nov-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 16.51 on 27-Jan-2026.
Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 22.85 and Rs. 19.50 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 1901.55 crore.
The promoters holding in the company stood at 38.44%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 13.28% and 48.27% respectively.
Blue Cloud Softech Solutions has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Ministry of Telecommunications and Digital Affairs of the Republic of Senegal and the Global Council for Investment and Business for Africa (GCIB). The MoU sets out a framework for cooperation in digital transformation, innovation, digital infrastructure and the development of a national innovation ecosystem in Senegal. The cooperation is designed to align with the New Deal Technologique of the Republic of Senegal and its flagship programmes, including the Senegal Digital Factory, the Data and AI Factory, the AI Scaling Hub and the Startup Ecosystem programme. The MoU also builds on the existing MoU between GCIB and the company of April 2026 on a Digital Factory initiative in Senegal.
The MoU also aims to develop digital talent, entrepreneurship, knowledge exchange, investment mobilisation and technology transfer in the Republic of Senegal, and to position Senegal as a major hub for innovation, entrepreneurship, digital infrastructure and technology in West Africa and the wider Francophone African region. The MoU is a non-binding, non-exclusive cooperation framework with a term of three years. Any specific project or public-private partnership arising from it will be subject to a separate written agreement, in accordance with the applicable laws of the Republic of Senegal and the procedures of the competent authorities. The parties may form a joint working committee to prepare annual work plans and monitor progress. The MoU does not create financial obligations for any party.
GCIB brings experience in strategic project development, international cooperation, investment mobilization and public-private partnership structuring. The company contributes expertise in artificial intelligence, cloud computing, digital infrastructure, data centers, cybersecurity, digital platforms and startup acceleration.
