Blue Cloud Softech Solutions has commenced the delivery of services under its Master Services Agreement (MSA) with SpaceX International, MY, with execution under Statement of Work No. 1 beginning August 24, 2026.
Statement of Work No. 1 has an aggregate contract value of $150 million and covers AI Infrastructure ($70 million), Cybersecurity ($25 million), Telecommunications ($25 million) and Data Centre Solutions ($30 million). Delivery and billing are expected to commence from the current quarter in accordance with the agreed execution schedule.
The engagement will be executed through the company's US operations, drawing on the group's delivery capabilities across artificial intelligence platforms, cyber defense, telecom engineering, and data centre build-out and operations.
