BLS International Services soars as its arm to acquire 99.90% share capital of BLS Ventures S.R.L.

BLS International Services is currently trading at Rs. 355.00, up by 8.00 points or 2.31% from its previous closing of Rs. 347.00 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 360.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 360.45 and Rs. 352.00 respectively. So far 55961 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 522.30 on 03-Jan-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 278.00 on 04-Jun-2024.
Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 405.50 and Rs. 335.05 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 14590.04 crore.
The promoters holding in the company stood at 70.38%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 12.31% and 17.32% respectively.
BLS International Services’ subsidiary -- BLS International FZE is all set to acquire 99.90% share capital of BLS Ventures S.R.L., a company incorporated under the law of Dominican Republic. As a result of this acquisition, BLS Ventures S.R.L. will become, directly and indirectly, a wholly owned Step-Down Subsidiary of the Company (SDS-WOS). The said acquisition will be completed on or before April 14, 2025.
